上腋窩リンパ節；上リンパ節；鎖骨下リンパ節Apical nodes; Apical axillary lymph nodes(Nodi lymphoidei axillarum apicales)

上腋窩リンパ節；上リンパ節；鎖骨下リンパ節【じょうえきかりんぱせつ；じょうりんぱせつ；さこつかりんぱせつ】 Lymph nodes extending from the superior border of the pectoralis minor that pass medial to the axillary vein into the apex of the axilla. Afferent vessels from the superior lateral part of the breast and all other axillary lymph nodes. Drain into: on the left side as the subdavian trunk into the thoracic duct or subclavian vein; On the right side directly into the vein or after joining the jugular trunk.(上リンパ節は鎖骨の上端、鎖骨のすぐ後方で鎖骨下動・静脈の周囲にある６～１２個のリンパ節。中心リンパ節からリンパ管を受けるが、ときに乳腺から直接にリンパ管を受ける。上リンパ節からの出るリンパ間は鎖骨下リンパ本幹を経て、右リンパ本幹（右側）あるいは胸管（左側）に注ぐ。)
