胸骨傍リンパ節；胸骨リンパ節Parasternal nodes; Parasternal lymph nodes(Nodi lymphoidei parasternales; Lymphonodi sternales)

胸骨傍リンパ節；胸骨リンパ節【きょうこつぼうりんぱせつ；きょうこつりんぱせつ】 Lymph nodes situated in the thorax along the internal thoracic vessels. Region drained: breast, intercostal spaces, parts of liver and diaphragm. Drain into: either directly in the subclavian vein or internal jugular vein or, alternatively, into the thoracic duct or subclavian trunk.(前胸壁の内面において、内胸動脈に沿って位置するリンパ節群。乳腺の内側部や前胸壁の深層のほか、横隔膜・心膜などからのリンパもここに注ぐ。ここからでるリンパ管は、気管支や縦隔上部などからのリンパ管ととに胸管や右リンパ本幹へとむかう。（イラスト解剖学）)
