上横隔リンパ節；横隔リンパ節；横隔上リンパ節【じょうおうかくりんぱせつ；おうかくりんぱせつ；おうかくじょうりんぱせつ】 Lymph nodes located posterior to the osteochondral junction of the seventh rib, at the passage of the aorta through the diaphragm and at the inferior vena cava. Region drained: liver and diaphragm.(所属リンパ節名（胸部）（111）　旧規約の横隔膜リンパ節 diaphragmatic lymph nodes に相当し，横隔膜，心嚢，食道に囲まれるリンパ節群。)
