右胃大網リンパ節／左胃大網リンパ節【みぎいたいもうりんぱせつ／ひだりいたいもうりんぱせつ】 Lymph nodes located along the course of the right and left gastro-omental arteries along the greater curvature of the stomach that drain lymph from the stomach and greater omentum. Drainage is into the hepatic nodes on the right side and splenic and pancreatic nodes on the left side.
