下腸間膜動脈リンパ節；下腸間膜リンパ節【かちょうかんまくどうみゃくりんぱせつ；かちょうかんまくりんぱせつ】 Lymph nodes located along the inferior mesenteric artery. Drainage area: part of the descending colon, sigmoid colon, and parts of the rectum. Drain into: preaortic nodes at the level of the inferior mesenteric artery.(下腸間膜動脈の分岐部付近に存在するリンパ節群。下行結腸・Ｓ状結腸・直腸上部などからのリンパを受ける。（イラスト解剖学）)
