総腸骨リンパ節；腸骨リンパ節Common iliac nodes; Common iliac lymph nodes(Nodi lymphoidei iliaci communes; Lymphonodi ilici)

総腸骨リンパ節；腸骨リンパ節【そうちょうこつりんぱせつ；ちょうこつりんぱせつ】 Group of lymph nodes located along the internal iliac vessels. They serve as a secondary filter station for the lymph nodes of the pelvic organs, genital organs, inner pelvic wall, abdominal wall as far as the navel, and the hip and gluteal muscles. Drain into: lumbar nodes or lumbar trunk. They can be divided into the following groups: (総腸骨動脈を囲んで位置するリンパ節群。骨盤臓器からのリンパ（内腸骨リンパ節経由）に加え、深鼡径リンパ節を通ってくる下肢からのリンパも受ける。ここからのリンパは腰リンパ本幹を経由して乳ビ槽へと送られる。［→骨盤部のリンパ系参照］　(245)総腸骨動脈の周囲に位置するリンパ節群。内腸骨リンパ節（←骨盤臓器）・外腸骨リンパ節（←下肢）・仙骨リンパ節（←骨盤後壁）からのリンパを受け、腰リンパ本幹をへて乳ビ槽に注ぐ。［→下肢のリンパ管系　参照］（イラスト解剖学）)
