外腸骨リンパ節External iliac nodes; External iliac lymph nodes(Nodi lymphoidei iliaci externi)

外腸骨リンパ節【がいちょうこつりんぱせつ】 Lymph nodes located along the external iliac vessels. They are the primary filter station for part of the urinary bladder and vagina and the secondary filter station for the inguinal lymph nodes. Drain into: common iliac nodes. They can be divided into the following groups: (外腸骨動脈に沿って位置するリンパ節群。下肢からのリンパに加え、骨盤臓器ではおもに子宮体のリンパを受けている。なお、子宮頚からのリンパはおもに内腸骨リンパ節に、卵管や卵巣のリンパは卵巣動脈に沿って走るリンパ管により外側大動脈リンパ節lateral aortic nodes（腰リンパ節lumbar nodes）へと注ぐ。(イラスト解剖学))
