浅鼡径リンパ節；浅鼡径下リンパ節Superficial inguinal nodes; Superficial inguinal lymph nodes(Nodi lymphoidei inguinales superficiales; Lymphonodi subinguinales superficiales)

浅鼡径リンパ節；浅鼡径下リンパ節【せんそけいりんぱせつ；せんそけいかりんぱせつ】 Group of lymph nodes located in the subcutaneous adipose tissue, i.e., on the fascia lata, that drain the anus, perineum, external genitalia, abdominal wall, and surface of the leg. Drain into: external iliac nodes.(鼡径部に位置する浅在性のリンパ節群。鼡径靱帯に沿って位置する上位グループと伏在裂孔周囲の下位グループに区分される。大まかにいうと、上位グループは前後壁・会陰・外陰部などからのリンパを下位グループは下肢の浅部からのリンパを受け、深鼡径リンパ節などへと送り出す。［→骨盤部のリンパ系参照］　(245)骨盤部浅層のリンパを受ける鼡径部のリンパ節群。会陰（陰茎・膣下部）や直腸下部～肛門のリンパが流入する。また、ここには腹壁や下肢浅層からもリンパが注ぎ、総腸骨リンパ節をへて乳ビ槽cisternaq chyliへと送られる。［下肢のリンパ管系　参照］（イラスト解剖学）)
