深鼡径リンパ節Deep inguinal nodes; Deep inguinal lymph nodes(Nodi lymphoidei inguinales profundi)

深鼡径リンパ節【しんそけいりんぱせつ】 Nodes located deep to the fascia lata at the level of the saphenous opening. The uppermost node is sometimes especially large and located in the femoral canal (Rosenmuller's node). Region drained: deep lymphatic vessels of leg. Drain into: external iliac nodes.(大腿静脈の周辺に位置する３～４個のリンパ節群。下肢の深部からのリンパを受けるとともに、浅鼡径リンパ節や外陰部からもリンパの流入がある。ここからのリンパは総腸骨リンパ節から腰リンパ本幹を通って乳ビ槽へと送られる。　(245)大腿静脈の周辺に位置するリンパ節群。下肢の深部のほか、外陰部の一部や浅鼡径リンパ節からのリンパも受けている。ここからのリンパは総腸骨リンパ節をへて乳ビ槽に送られる。［→下肢のリンパ管系　参照］（イラスト解剖学）)
