第三脳室脈絡叢【だい３のうしつみゃくらくそう】 Paired, highly vascularized fringelike projection hanging from the thin roof into the third ventricle. It continues anteriorly through the interventricular foramen as the choroid plexus of the lateral ventricle.(第三脳室脈絡叢は脈絡組織の下面から出る２列の血管突出で、第三脳室をおおう。)
