脈絡糸球；脈絡叢拡大部【みゃくらくしきゅう；みゃくらくそうかくだいぶ】 Thickening of the choroid plexus near the collateral trigone at the root of the posterior horn.(脈絡糸球は側脳室房の脈絡叢が拡大した部分、高齢者では部位によって石灰化を起こす。)
