後正中中隔；背側正中中隔（脊髄の）Posterior median septum of spinal cord; Dorsal median septum of spinal cord(Septum medianum posterius medullae spinalis)

後正中中隔；背側正中中隔（脊髄の）【こうせいちゅうちゅうかく；はいそくせいちゅうちゅうかく（せきずいの）】 Condensation of the subarachnoidal connective tissue as a deeper continuation of the posterior median sulcus. It is less pronounced in the cervical spinal cord and more pronounced in the thoracic region.(後正中溝上におけるクモ膜下結合組織の肥厚。頚髄部には少なく、胸髄部に目立つ。(Feneis))
