脊髄第VI層Spinal lamina VI(Lamina spinalis VI)

脊髄第VI層【せきずいだい６そう】 Its structure is similar to that of lamina V, making the two difficult to distinguish. It is only present in upper cervical segments and in segments of the two enlargements.(第Ⅵ層は後角底を横切って広がり、脊髄のおもに頚膨大と腰仙膨大においてのみ存在する。この層を、内側部と外側部に分かつ；骨格筋からのグループⅠ求心性線維はその内側領域に終末枝、一方、脊髄下行路が外側領域に投射している。中心基底核として知られる、頚膨大部における第Ⅵ層の中の一群の神経細胞は、非交叉性の小脳への投射線維を出していて、ある人々はこれを吻側脊髄小脳路と考えている。)
