前索固有束；前固有束（脊髄の）【ぜんさくこゆうそく；ぜんこゆうそく（せきずいの）】 Ground bundle of the anterior fasciculus. Propriospinal tract. It consists of association fibers and bundled collaterals of projection neurons that lie directly adjacent to the gray substance and allow intersegmental coordination between spinal cord segments.(脊髄の前固有束は脊髄全長を通して存在し、頚膨大と腰膨大ではとくに発達し、固有線維の数は多い。構成線維は種々の長さをもつ上行性ならびに下行性線維からなり、あるものは起始ニューロンと同分節または隣り合う分節に連絡するが、長いものは脊髄のほぼ全長に及ぶほど走行する。一般に短い線維は灰白質に近い領域を、長いものは離れた領域を走行する。起始ニューロンの所在の詳細は明らかにされていないが、前柱の内側部、中間質に分布し、一部は後柱基底部に所在すると考えられている。前固有束を通る線維は腹内側部に局在する運動ニューロンに主として終末すると考えられている。)
