後外側路；背外側路Posterolateral tract; Dorsolateral tract(Tractus posterolateralis)

Lissauer's tract後外側路；背外側路【こうがいそくろ；はいがいそくろ】 Tract arising from the short myelinated and unmyelinated fibers between the apex of the posterior horn and the surface. It is part of the lateral fasciculus proprius.(リッスウェル路Lissauer's tractとも呼ばれる。側索の後外側部と後索の外側部との間にあって、後核の背側表面をおおう薄い線維層を指す。後根線維の外側群に相当する。後根神経節に由来する細い線維で、分岐した後、数mm上行あるいは下行し、その間の後角のⅠ層～Ⅲ層におわる。痛覚および温覚を伝える。Lissauer, Heinrich(1861-1891)ドイツの神経科医、Lissauer's tract or bundle, Lissauer's zone (marginal zone)に名を残した。肉体的、精神的荒廃、てんかん発作、片麻痺、失語症などの症状を伴う進行性麻痺をLissauer's paresisというが、この1855年に書かれた論文は、Lissauerが30歳で他界したあと１０年を経て、E.Storch(1901)によってUber einige Falle atypischer progressiver Paralyse. Nach einem hinterlassenen Manuskript Dr. H. Lissauer's. Mschr Psychiat Neurol 9: 401-434, 1901として発表した。)
