脊髄楔状束核線維；脊髄楔状束線維【せきずいけつじょうそくかくせんい；せきずいけつじょうそくせんい】 Ascending fibers that pass from nerve cells in the posterior root of the spinal cord within the cuneate fasciculus to the cuneate nucleus. Together with the spinogracile fibers they are collectively referred to as postsynaptic posterior horn fibers.(脊髄楔状束線維は頚部・上胸部脊髄の後角細胞から起こり、同側の楔状束を上行して楔状束核に終わる神経線維。シナプス後後柱システムの一部をなす。)
