オリーブ後溝；後オリーブ溝Retro-olivary groove(Sulcus retroolivaris)

オリーブ後溝；後オリーブ溝【おりーぶこうこう；こうおりーぶこう】 Furrow located posterior to the inferior olive where cranial nerves IX and X emerge. The roots of the accessory nerve arise in its prolongation to the cervical spinal cord.(後オリーブ溝はオリーブの後方にある溝。前外側溝と後外側溝との間にある浅い溝で舌咽神経、迷走神経、副神経がでる。)
