延髄の皮質核線維；皮質核線維【えんずいのひしつかくせんい；ひしつかくせんいろ】 Fibers ending at the motor nuclei of cranial nerves, the spinal nucleus of accessory nerve, the nucleus of hypoglossal nerve, and the nucleus ambiguus. They leave the pyramidal tract at the level of the respective nuclei.(延髄の皮質核線維は大脳皮質の運動知覚中枢から延髄の中継核（舌下核、副核、薄束核、楔状束核など）に投射する神経線維。)
