脊髄オリーブ核路；脊髄オリーブ路【せきずいおりーぶかくろ；せきずいおりーぶろ】 Ascending tract arising from the posterior horns of the spinal column, and crossing to the inferior olive of the contralateral side. From there some of its fibers synapse and project to the cerebellum. It conveys exteroceptive and proprioceptive impulses.(脊髄オリーブ路は脊髄小脳回路のもう一つの系路であり、脊髄からのインパルスを下オリーブ核の一部を経て小脳に中継する。これには２つの最も明瞭な伝導路、すなわち後脊髄オリーブ小脳路と前脊髄オリーブ小脳路がある。後脊髄オリーブ路の線維は後索を上行して楔状束核と薄束核の細胞にシナプス結合し、ここから副オリーブ核にインパルスが伝えられる。複数の前脊髄小脳路の線維は反対側の前索を上行し、背側および内側副オリーブ核の種々な部位に終始する。脊髄オリーブ路を形成する線維は脊髄のあらゆるレベルから起こり、皮膚とⅠｂ群受容器の興奮によって活動する。副オリーブ核は主に小脳の前葉に投射する交叉性のオリーブ小脳路の起始となる。)
