疑核後核Retro-ambiguus nucleus(Nucleus retroambiguus)

疑核後核【ぎかくこうかく】 Column of cells at the anterolateral end of the nucleus ambiguus. It extends caudally into the upper portion of the cervical spinal cord. It is presumably involved in regulation of respiration and circulation, though its precise function in humans is not certain.(疑核後核はOlszewski and Baxterの外側巨大細胞性網様体傍核lateral paragigantocellular nucleusの尾側部にあたる。疑核後核はおそらく咽頭筋支配運動ニューロンの集合領域である。)
