内側楔状束周囲核；内側楔状束核周囲核【ないそくけつじょうそくしゅういかく；ないそくけつじょうそくかくしゅういかく】 Small cell groups between the accessory cuneate nucleus and solitary tract. Their function is unknown.(内側楔状束周囲核は閂の高さで、楔状束核の内側（基底部）をOlszewski and Baxter (1954)はこの核のmedial or basal pericuneate zoneとよび、小細胞によって構成される領域と規定した。閂より尾方では細胞はより小型になり、分布は粗になるが、吻側で最後野のレベルになると細胞は密になると同時に多型性を呈する。位置としては、この部は孤束核の外側で、三叉神経脊髄路核の内側にあたる。Paxinos et al (Paxinos G, Tork I, Halliday G and Mehler W: Human homologs to brain stem nuclei identified in ot her animals as revealed by acetylcholinesterase activity.
