脊髄毛帯；前外側路；前外側系【せきずいもうたい；ぜんがいそくろ；ぜんがいそくけい】 Mesencephalic part of the lemniscus lying directly adjacent to the medial lemniscus.(脊髄毛帯は後索核におこり視床におわる線維束を内側毛帯（狭義）とよぶが、橋頭側半のレベルから先は、この内側毛帯に脊髄視床路と三叉神経視床路とが合流して上行する。この複合体をも内側毛帯（広義）とよぶところから、脊髄視床路を脊髄毛帯、三叉神経視床路を三叉神経毛帯と呼ぶことがある。)
