古小脳；旧小脳Paleocerebellum(Paleocerebellum)

古小脳；旧小脳【こしょうのう；きゅうしょうのう】 Older part of the cerebellum comprising the central lobule, culmen, pyramis, uvula, wing of the central lobule, and anterior quadrangular lobule.(旧小脳（古小脳）（前葉lobus anterior）は第１裂の前方にあり、伸展受容器からのインパルスが脊髄小脳路を伝わってこの部分に至り、筋緊張の調節と最も関係が深い。)
