上視床脚；中心視床放線【じょうししょうきゃく；ちゅうしんししょうほうせん】 Central radiation with fibers running through the posterior limb of internal capsule to the precentral and postcentral gyri as well as adjacent cortical regions.(外側核（狭義）および後核の一部と頭頂葉（主に上および下頭頂小葉）の間を結ぶ線維のほか、後内側および後外側腹側核から中心後回に（知覚中枢）に至る線維、ならびに前外側腹側下核から運動中枢、すなわち中心前回とその前方部に向かう線維を含む。)
