後篩骨神経【こうしこつしんけい】 Nerve emerging at the posterior end of the orbit through the posterior ethmoidal foramen to supply the mucosa of the sphenoidal sinus and posterior ethmoidal cells.(鼻毛様体神経の枝で、後篩骨孔を通って、覚枝を後篩骨洞および蝶形骨洞に送る。)
