前篩骨神経Anterior ethmoidal nerve(Nervus ethmoidalis anterior)

前篩骨神経【ぜんしこつしんけい】 Nerve emerging through the anterior ethmoidal foramen into the cranial cavity. It travels outside of the dura mater before passing through the cribriform plate of the ethmoid into the nose(前篩骨孔を通って頭蓋腔に入り、篩板の上を前進し、さらに鼻孔に入って内鼻枝と外鼻枝とに分かれる。前者は鼻粘膜の前上部に分布し、後者は鼻骨後面の篩骨神経溝を通り、鼻骨と鼻軟骨の間で鼻背に出て皮膚に分布する。)
