後耳介神経；後耳介枝（顔面神経の）【こうじかいしんけい】 Branch given off below the stylomastoid foramen. It passes superiorly between the mastoid process and external acoustic meatus and supplies the posterior muscles of the ear and occipital belly of occipitofrontalis.(茎乳突孔を出た直後に出て乳様突起の前面に沿って上り、後頭を後頭筋、側頭頭頂筋、後耳介筋に、二腹筋枝を顎二腹筋の後腹に、茎突舌骨筋枝を茎突舌骨筋に与える。)
