頚動脈洞枝；頚動脈洞神経（舌咽神経の）【けいどうみゃくどうし；けいどうみゃくどうしんけい（ぜついんしんけいの）】 Branch supplying the carotid sinus and carotid body. It communicates with the sympathetic trunk and vagus nerve.(舌咽神経の頚動脈洞枝は洞神経とも呼ばれ頚動脈洞に至る神経で、いわゆる頚動脈洞反射の求心性神経をなして心臓作用の抑制および血管拡張を招来し、迷走神経の枝である減圧神経とともに反射的に血圧の調節を行う機能的には極めて重要な神経である。)
