外枝（副神経の）；脊髄副神経【がいし（ふくしんけいの）；せきずいふくしんけい】 United spinal root fibers. They supply the sternocleidomastoid and trapezius.(副神経幹の外枝は頚静脈孔から離れた部分で副神経脊髄根からの繊維を胸鎖乳突筋や僧帽筋に送る。)
