掌枝（正中神経の）【しょうし（せいちゅうしんけいの）】 Branch arising in the distal one-third of the forearm and supplying the skin of the lateral part of the palm.(正中神経の掌枝は前腕下部の高さで分かれて、長掌筋腱と橈側手根屈筋腱との間を通って手関節の辺りに達し、この部の母指側の皮膚に分布する。)
