上下腹神経叢；仙骨前神経Superior hypogastric plexus; Superior hypogastric nerve plexus; Presacral nerve(Plexus nervosus hypogastricus superior; Nervus presacralis)

上下腹神経叢；仙骨前神経【じょうかふくしんけいそう；せんこつぜんしんけい】 Plexuslike communication between the abdominal aortic plexus and inferior hypogastric plexus that mostly lies anterior to the fifth lumbar vertebra. It contains branches from the lumbar sympathetic ganglia.(上下腹神経叢は大動脈神経叢の大動脈分岐下方への延長で、第五腰椎をまたいで骨盤に入り、直腸の左右へ二本の下腹神経となって進み下下腹神経叢を形成して骨盤内臓に分布する。)
