下下腹神経叢；骨盤神経叢【かかふくしんけいそう；こつばんしんけいそう】 Nerve plexus consisting of sympathetic and parasympathetic fibers. It lies on the right and left sides of the rectum and anterior to it.(下下腹神経叢は骨盤内臓に分布する骨盤内の左右の自律神経叢。下腹神経と骨盤内臓神経からなる。標的臓器は横行結腸の終部から、直腸、膀胱、男女の内生殖器、同時に陰茎と陰核海綿体である。(=pelvic plexus骨盤神経叢))
