基底板；基底膜（脈絡膜の）Basal lamina of choroid(Lamina basalis choroideae)

Bruch's membrane基底板；基底膜（脈絡膜の）【きていばん；きていまく（みゃくらくまくの）】 Homogeneous zone measuring 2-4 mm thick between the capillary lamina and the retinal pigment epithelium.(脈絡膜の基底板はブルッフ膜Bruch's membraneとも呼ばれ、HE染色では桃色に染まった細い線として認められる。基底板はこれまで網膜色素上皮の基底膜と考えられていたが、電顕によって①網膜色素上皮の基底板、②脈絡膜の毛細血管の網膜側の基底板、および③両者の間を埋める詳細な膠原線維と弾性の網工、の３層からできていることが明らかになった。ブルッフBruch, Karl Wilhelm Ludwig（1819-1884）ドイツの解剖学者で眼の脈絡膜の最外部のブルーフ膜を記述("Untersuchungen zur Kentniss des Kornigen Pigments des Wirbelthiere in physiogischer u. pathologischer Hinsicht", 1844))
