滑車（上斜筋の）【かっしゃ（じょうしゃきんの）】 Short, curved fibrocartilage tubes that serve as a pulley for the tendon of the superior oblique. They are fixed to the medial wall of the orbital cavity.(上斜筋の滑車は線維軟骨よりなる短い、まがった管。このなかを上斜筋の腱が通る。内側眼窩壁についている（滑車棘）。(Feneis))
