サジ状突起；匙状突起【さじじょうとっき】 Spoon-shaped bony process above the promontory at the end of the canal for the tensor tympani. Together with a connective-tissue sling it serves as a pulley for the tensor tympani.(岬角の上方鼓膜張筋半規管中にある匙状の骨突起。結合組織性のワナとともに鼓膜張筋の支点の役目をする。 (Feneis))
