蝸牛枝（前庭蝸牛動脈の）Cochlear branch of vestibulocochlear artery(Ramus cochlearis)

蝸牛枝（前庭蝸牛動脈の）【かぎゅうし（ぜんていかぎゅうじょうみゃくの）】 Branch passing along the base of the osseous spiral lamina and anastomosing in the middle one-third of the basal turn of the cochlea with the proper cochlear artery.(前庭蝸牛動脈の蝸牛枝は後前庭枝とともに前庭蝸牛動脈の最終枝で、総蝸牛動脈と吻合して蝸牛軸ラセン動脈となる。蝸牛枝はラセン神経節と蝸牛管の基底部に分布する。)
