滑車棘Trochlear spine(Spina trochlearis)

滑車棘【かっしゃきょく】 Small bony spicule that is occasionally present in the anterosuperior part of the medial angle of the eye. It gives attachment to the superior oblique muscle.(前頭骨の滑車窩に小さい滑車棘をまれに見る（上斜筋の腱の方向を転ずる滑車が着く）。)
