前鼻棘（上顎骨の）【ぜんびきょく（じょうがくこつの）】 Spinous projection situated in the middle of the inferior border of the piriform aperture for attachment of the cartilaginous nasal septum.(口蓋突起の上面は鼻腔に向かう滑らかな面で、中がくぼんだ溝状のである。その内側縁は上に向かう鋭い鼻稜となり、その前半は顔面に向かって突出して前鼻棘をつくる。)
