大口蓋溝；翼口蓋溝【だいこうがいこう；よくこうがいこう】 Channel that unites with the greater palatine groove of the maxilla to form the greater palatine canal, which lodges the greater palatine nerve and the descending palatine artery.(口蓋骨の外側の上顎面は大部分、上顎体に着く粗面で、後上方から前下方に走る大口蓋溝がある。これは上顎骨の同名の溝と合して大口蓋管をつくる。)
