仙骨裂孔；仙骨管裂孔Sacral hiatus(Hiatus sacralis; Hiatus canalis sacralis)

仙骨裂孔；仙骨管裂孔【せんこつれっこう；せんこつかんれっこう】 Opening in the posterior wall of the sacral canal that is usually found in both lower sacral vertebrae, giving passage to the terminal filum. Injection site for epidural anesthesia.(仙骨管の下方への開口を仙骨裂孔という。通常、第三または第四仙椎の高さにある。)
