• 131_00【Sacrum [Sacral vertebrae I-V]仙骨；仙椎[1－5] Os sacrum [Vertebrae sacrales I-V]】
  　→(はじめ分離していた第一から第五までの仙椎は、成人すると癒合して一個の仙骨となり、骨盤の後壁を作る。仙骨では、元来仙椎に存在していた棘突起は正中仙骨稜となり、関節突起は中間仙骨稜となり、横突起は外側仙骨稜となる。さらに最外側部に外側部という部分があり、そこに肋骨遺残物が含まれている。なお本来各椎骨間に左右おのおの一個ずつであるべき椎間孔が、それぞれ前仙骨孔と後仙骨孔とに二分されるので、片側で８個の仙骨孔となり、それぞれ脊髄神経の前枝と後枝とを通過させるのも大きい特徴である。外側の耳状面は腸骨の耳状面と関節する。仙骨底（上方にあっても底という）の前方に強く突出した辺縁部を岬角という名称は側頭骨の中耳（鼓室）の内側壁にもあるから注意のこと。４本の横線は５個の仙椎の癒着部を示している。)

  　→(仙骨底の後方には仙骨管への入口があり、その外側には上関節突起が左右に見られ、これは最後の腰椎と関節結合するのに役立っている。)

  　→(前および後仙骨孔より外側にある部分は横突起、肋骨の遺物ならびにこれらに付着する靱帯からできたもので、外側部という。)

• 131_04【Sacral tuberosity仙骨粗面 Tuberositas ossis sacri】 Roughened area behind the auricular surface, giving attachment to the sacroiliac ligaments.
  　→(耳状面の後縁に囲まれる部分は腸骨と仙骨を結ぶ靱帯の付着する粗面で、これを仙骨粗面という。)

• 131_05【Auricular surface (of sacrum)耳状面（仙骨の） Facies auricularis (Os sacrum)】 Ear-shaped surface at the level of the upper 2-3 sacral vertebrae for articulation with the ilium.
  　→(外側部の外側（すなわち、仙骨の外側縁）の上部は厚く、下部は薄い。上部には腸骨と連接する幅の広い半月形の耳状面がある。)

• 131_06【Lateral sacral crest外側仙骨稜 Crista sacralis lateralis】 Lateral series of rudimentary transverse processes on the right and left sides of the dorsal surface of the sacrum.
  　→(後仙骨孔の外側、すなわち、最外側にある長い高まりを外側仙骨稜といい、横突起とこれに関係した靱帯の骨化したものである。)

• 131_07【Intermediate sacral crest中間仙骨稜；関節仙骨稜 Crista sacralis medialis; Crista sacralis intermedia; Crista sacralis articularis】 Remnants of articular processes located on both sides of the median sacral crest.
  　→(正中仙骨稜の両側にある中間仙骨稜は関節突起とこれに属する靱帯の骨化により生じる。)

• 131_08【Median sacral crest正中仙骨稜；中仙骨稜 Crista sacralis mediana; Crista sacralis media】 Median ridge formed by the union of rudiments of the spinous processes of the sacral vertebrae.
  　→(仙骨後面の波状の凹凸を示す正中線にある正中仙骨稜は棘突起およびその間にある靱帯の骨化したものである。)

• 131_09【Posterior sacral foramina後仙骨孔 Foramina sacralia posteriora; Foramina sacralia dorsalia】 Posterior counterparts of the anterior sacral foramina.
  　→(中間線骨稜の外側に接して４対の後仙骨孔がある。これは椎間孔の後方の出口であって、仙骨神経後枝がここから出る。)

• 131_10【Sacral hiatus仙骨裂孔；仙骨管裂孔 Hiatus sacralis; Hiatus canalis sacralis】 Opening in the posterior wall of the sacral canal that is usually found in both lower sacral vertebrae, giving passage to the terminal filum. Injection site for epidural anesthesia.
  　→(仙骨管の下方への開口を仙骨裂孔という。通常、第三または第四仙椎の高さにある。)

• 131_11【Sacral cornu; Sacral horn仙骨角 Cornu sacrale】 Inferiorly projecting process located to the right and left of the sacral hiatus.

• 131_12【Ala of sacrum; Wing of sacrum仙骨翼 Ala ossis sacri】 Bone mass lateral to the first sacral vertebra. Upper part of the lateral part of the sacrum.
  　→(仙骨底の外側には両側に仙骨翼がある。この仙骨翼は外側部の上面に相当し、横突起と肋骨遺残からでできたものである。)
