胸郭上口Superior thoracic aperture; Thoracic inlet(Apertura thoracis superior)

胸郭上口【きょうかくじょうこう】 Upper opening of the thoracic cavity.(胸腔の上方への出口は胸郭上口と呼ばれ、第１胸椎体・第１肋骨・胸骨柄上縁で形成されている。全体として前下りに傾斜し、肋骨上縁は第２胸椎体の下縁（男性の場合で、女性の場合もう少し低い）に層とする。)
