直径；直結合線；結合線（骨盤下口の）【ちょくけい；ちょくけつごうせん；けつごうせん（こつばんかこうの）】 Distance between the tip of the coccyx and the inferior border of the pubic symphysis.(骨盤下口にあって、尾骨尖と恥骨結合下縁との距離で、9.5～10cm。この結合線はたいていは尾骨の屈曲性によって変化しうるから、骨盤峡部における正中結合線が縦経として大切な役割を演ずることになる。)
