外側面；腓側面（腓骨の）【がいそくめん；ひそくめん（ひこつの）】 Surface of the shaft that faces laterally and slightly anteriorly.(腓骨の外側面は前および後下腿筋間中隔にはさまれた腓骨筋が起こる場所で、上半分は長腓骨筋のため、浅く陥凹する。)
