距骨後突起；距骨近位突起Posterior process of talus(Processus posterior tali; Processus proximalis tali)

距骨後突起；距骨近位突起【きょこつこうとっき；きょこつきんいとっき】 Broad process below the posterior border of the trochlea of the talus. It bears the medial and lateral tubercles between which passes the groove for the tendon of the flexor hallucis longus.(距骨滑車後縁の直下にある幅広い突起。内側結節と外側結節からなり、その間に長母指屈筋腱溝がある。)
