長腓骨筋腱溝【ちょうひこつきんけんこう】 Groove on the lateral aspect of the calcaneus below the fibular trochlea.(踵骨外側面の中央やや前よりの部は踵腓靱帯の付く隆起があり、そのすぐ前には後上方より前下方に向かって斜めに走る浅い長腓骨筋腱溝がある。)
