翼棘靱帯；翼突棘靱帯Pterygospinous ligament(Ligamentum pterygospinale)

翼棘靱帯；翼突棘靱帯【よくきょくじんたい；よくとつきょくじんたい】 Broad band of fibrous tissue that extends from the superior part of the lateral plate of the pterygoid process to the spine of the sphenoid. (翼突棘靱帯は蝶形骨翼状突起の外側板と蝶形骨棘を結ぶ線維索である。しばしば骨化して翼突棘板を形成して、蝶形骨との間に翼突棘孔をつくり、ここを内側翼突筋神経が通過する。)
