後環椎後頭膜Posterior atlanto-occipital membrane(Membrana atlantooccipitalis posterior; Membrana atlantooccipitalis dorsalis)

後環椎後頭膜【こうかんついこうとうまく】 Membrane in the posterior wall of the vertebral canal that extends from the posterior arch of the atlas to the occipital bone.(後環椎後頭膜は黄色靱帯のつづきとみなされるもので、環椎後弓と大後頭孔後縁の間に張り、弾性線維に富む。その外側端の環椎後頭関節包に近い所で、椎骨動脈および第１頚神経を通す孔を環椎後弓との間につくる。同じく黄色靱帯のつづきで環椎後頭弓との間にある部は、後環軸膜(JNA)の名もある。)
