項靱帯；項中隔【こうじんたい；こうちゅうかく】 Sagittally widened continuation of the supraspinous ligament that extends from C7 to the external occipital protuberance. In humans it has little elasticity.(後頭骨の外側頭隆起と外後頭稜から第７頚椎棘突起の間にはる線維性膜で、深部では頚椎の棘突起につく。左右の頚部固有背筋を隔てる中隔を形成する。第７頚椎以下の棘上靱帯に相当する。膠原線維のほか弾性線維を含むが、後者の含有はヒトでは少ない。)
