前縦靱帯；前総縦靱帯Anterior longitudinal ligament(Ligamentum longitudinale anterius; Ligamentum longitudinale commune ventrale)

前縦靱帯；前総縦靱帯【ぜんじゅうじんたい；ぜんそうじゅうじんたい】 Ligament that mainly connects the anterior surfaces of the vertebral bodies.(脊柱前面を上下に縦走する帯状の靱帯で、上端は後頭骨底部からおこり、上部では狭く厚いが、環椎前結節を通り、しだいに幅を広げて薄くなり下行し、仙骨前面に至る。中央を走る長い線維と、各椎の前面を結ぶ短い弓状に走る線維とがある。深層の線維は椎間円板の前縁とも結合する。椎間円板ならびに椎体上・下縁との結合は強く、椎体中央部との結びつきは弱い。)
